Order Processing
We aim to have all orders packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt.

Shipping within Australia
We offer shipping Australia-wide via AusPost Registered Post (3-5 days).

For larger or express orders feel free to contact us and we can work to find the best shipping method for your location.

International Shipping
We offer tracked international shipping via Sendle Postage service. For international orders over $200, we offer free shipping. 

Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can provide a shipping quote to best suit your location and order size.

Returns & Refunds
If you received an item that was not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product or size), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via info@northsidelocals.com 

If you purchased an item that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include damage through standard wear & tear.) For applicable returns, please contact info@northsidelocals.com with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: North Side Locals, Level 1 387 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.

We will provide a full refund for items returned to us unused and in its original packaging. We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
