We aim to have all orders packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt.
Shipping within Australia
We offer shipping Australia-wide via AusPost Express (1-2 days).
For both metropolitan services and small orders or regional and larger orders, StarTrack Overnight Express is an excellent, fast freight service.
For larger orders feel free to contact us and we can work to find the best shipping method for your location.
We offer international shipping via tracked International Parcel Post and DHL International Express. Parcel Post (5-12 days) is $10 flat-rate for Asia Pacific and North American countries on all orders. DHL International Express (2-5 days) is available for select countries from $25.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can provide a shipping quote to best suit your location and order size.
Returns & Refunds
If you received an item that was not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product or size), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you purchased an item that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include damage through standard wear & tear.) For applicable returns, please contact email@example.com with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: North SIde Locals, 36 Willow Grove, Kew, 3102.
We will provide a full refund for items returned to us unused and in its original packaging. We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
